Things to do before you sleep

Standard

1.FACEBOOK (duh!)

You need your daily dose of feeling wanted and popular and that you have friends.Its usually a good nights sleep when you get a few likes ,pop a few chats,find a funny troll page,find a new post by the person you’re stalking.

2.SYNC I-POD

You need songs to doze off ..its almost clinically proven.almost.Get on a few sad songs with lyrics you can twist and turn somehow into your describing your own pathetic life even if its about aliens and lollipops.OR you could find some rapster/punk/dubstep and sleep feeling cool

3.SURF THE NET SOME MORE

Any pointless site would do.9gag,youtube,gmail,bored,parishilton,online shopping,disney.All you’re going to do is waste time like we waste water so no need doing something worthwhile.The best you could do is watch a series or something online.

4.THINK

Yes,think like there’s no tomorrow.Need peace of mind?Not getting it. Just start freaking out about where life is going,how come you didn’t get the marks (in some test you never bothered even considering),how parents are,how that guy/girl isor the fact that you have no clothes for the next day(if you’re a girl)

5.KEEP THINKING

Don’t forget any regrets,wishes,worries,crushes,miseries,ghost stories because THIS is the only appropiate time to think about them.If you missed something the first time,get it this time.

6.LISTEN TO THAT SYNCED I-POD

Preferably at a volume conducive to sleep.

This should be followed by actual sleep 7 days a week ..for the rest of your life
